Ask before sending another transaction
Contact @tregor with your payment reference, TxID and reason. Pending, expired or underpaid invoices require review; a browser success message is not proof of confirmed payment. Applicable consumer rights are preserved.
Verify the receiving address
If a refund is approved, support verifies the receiving address and network with the account holder before funds are sent. Network fees and the amount returned must be agreed explicitly. A blockchain transfer cannot simply be reversed.
Record and adjust access
The operator sends an approved refund outside this app and records the refund TxID. The corresponding entitlement is removed and remaining paid access is recalculated. The app never stores a wallet private key.
